Shipping is free for orders over 150 euros.
Shipping and free shipping costs do not include shipments to territories and islands of the sea outside the EU mainland by specified country.

The products purchased at our store are packed and shipped with great care.
In case of damaged or missing product inside the package, please send an e-mail to info@dustgame.com preferably enclosing the product code and photos that show any production or packaging anomalies.
In case of damages and anomalies attributable to the shipment, it is requested to report in detail the anomalies on the documentation accompanying the goods received and to contact us directly through
e-mail to info@ammodrop.eu.
If any product is damaged the case will be reported to our forwarder.

In case of withdrawal of the goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Products are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
This is not considered for pre-order products.
