- Stipulation of the purchase contract
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive an e-mail from us confirming its receipt. Note that it does not imply acceptance of the order. - Prices, payments and discounts

Product prices exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total at the time of order check-out. Details of the shipping costs can be viewed on the Shipping page of our site.
Payment for all Products must be made using one of the methods available at check-out: bank transfer or Paypal (payment via purchase protection). We do not accept other forms of payment other than those listed.
PLEASE NOTE: if the chosen form of payment should have a commission cost, this is to be understood as fully borne by the payer. The only exception is the purchase protection costs offered by Paypal, which are borne by the seller.
- Gift Card
In addition to purchasing Products on our site, you can also purchase virtual Gift Cards for yourself or for other people.
Gift Cards are valid only for purchases made online on our site, it is not possible to use them for purchases in our physical store, nor can they be converted into cash.
Gift Cards work via an activation code: once ordered by the buyer, you will be asked to indicate an e-mail address to which the aforementioned code can be sent, which can then be redeemed by the recipient. The responsibility of the Gift Card passes to the recipient at the time of purchase and Ammo Drop disclaims any liability for Gift Cards lost or used without the recipient’s permission.
Ammo Drop also declines any responsibility for inaccurate or unreachable e-mail addresses.
If the recipient’s order made using the Gift Cards exceeds the value of the Gift Cards held by the same, the remaining balance and for the purchase must be paid by the recipient. For a single order, one or more Gift Cards can be redeemed up to full coverage of the order.
Gift Cards expire 24 calendar months after their purchase date.
All other provisions of these Terms apply to all purchases made using Gift Cards, if necessary.
- Shipping and delivery of the Products
The Products will be delivered to the address specified in the order and in accordance with the delivery option chosen at the time of checkout. The “Order History” page of your personal account specifies the details of each order placed.
While we do our best to ensure that your order is processed and delivered on time, please note that processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not covered by any purchase agreement. If a Product is made or produced to order, an estimated delivery time will be specified at the time of the order. No term of any purchase agreement may be enforceable by a person who is not a contracting party.
