P-48 Pelican – Bellowing Bertie / Diving Dotty (FFGDT065) is one of the most distinctive aircraft fielded by the Allies in Dust Tactics.
Developed by the Allies to counter the growing threat of Axis jets, the P-48 Pelican is a light and versatile fighter capable of operating from extremely short runways, making it easy to deploy even under difficult battlefield conditions.
The model can be configured in two different variants:
Bellowing Bertie – equipped with rockets, ideal for engaging enemy targets from long range.
Diving Dotty – a bomber configuration designed to deliver devastating attacks against ground forces.
Both configurations are also armed with powerful .50 cal machine guns, providing excellent firepower against enemy infantry and aircraft.
The P-48 Pelican perfectly embodies the Weird War II / dieselpunk aesthetic of Dust, reimagining World War II aviation through the advanced alternate technologies of Paolo Parente’s universe.
Originally released by Fantasy Flight Games in 2013, this set is now out of production and increasingly difficult to find, especially new and complete in its original box.
